The OG Lunch Wrap

 

You’ll need:

— 1 large tortilla wrap (whole grain)

— 80g shredded rotisserie chicken

— 30g grated cheddar cheese

— 1 spring onion, sliced

— 1 tomato, sliced

— 1 handful romaine lettuce, chopped

— Salt to taste

Instructions:

— Place the tortilla in a hot pan, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and add the shredded chicken and sliced spring onion.

— Let the cheese melt, then add tomato slices, romaine lettuce, and a pinch of salt.

— Fold the wrap, remove from heat, add tomato & lettuce slice in half, and…
