I am a trained health coach, foodie through and through, living under the sunny skies of Mallorca.
My love for cooking started early — by the time I was 4, I was already in the kitchen, cooking alongside my dad, who keeps inspiring me until today to make fresh, flavorful food — always delicious, with minimal ingredients - simplicity is key, as he always told me :)
My journey has been shaped by personal challenges, especially my battle with severe eczema starting in my teenage years until recently…
…for a long time, nothing seemed to help, but about three years ago, at 27, I finally found relief by focusing on healing my gut. That transformation changed everything—most notably, my skin.
I used to avoid wearing short skirts or showing my legs because I felt so self-conscious. I still remember breaking down in tears in the ladies' changing room at my local gym, convinced that everyone was staring at the red, inflamed, and painfully itchy marks covering my body.
The change didn't happen overnight. It took time, education, and a lot of patience. After becoming a health coach, I learned to lower inflammation through the right supplements, daily movement, stress management, and, most importantly, a balanced diet.
Along the way, I discovered the incredible power of whole foods, micronutrients, and a plant-rich, protein-focused way of eating. It’s been life-changing.

Instead of cutting things out, I believe in adding nourishing options that make you feel great. Cooking and eating healthily shouldn’t be hard or time-consuming.
All my recipes are easy, taking 5 to 45 minutes, showing that good food can fit into any schedule.
Since I work from home, I’m in the kitchen 2-3 times a day, constantly experimenting and refining recipes that make me feel amazing, inside and out.
My goal is to inspire you to make small, sustainable changes that can do the same for you.
