Flatbread with Truffle Pesto, Grilled Courgette, Parmesan + Rocket
Ingredients:
- 1 store-bought flatbread
- 2 tablespoons truffle pesto
- 1 small courgette, grilled
- 30g parmesan, shaved
- 50g rocket
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt & pepper
